Hi Chimerical,
I'm surprised that with the ugliness of the Maxis uiforms that no one else had tried to remake them. I know All About Style has a full set of Victorian NPC defaults, but my town is set in modern time, and similarily to yours is a mountain town.
I look forward to seeing what you can do with the uniforms. Your papergirl outfit is great.

Good Luck, Monique

Thank you to everyone for their very kind compliments. I appreciate them very much.
tenielle: I have been thinking of making different versions of new uniforms for both the papergirl/boy and the mail delivery individuals. If I can get my hands on MilkShape again, I wouldn't mind at all eventually sharing the end results. At the time I actually finished the uniform I am currently using, I was so tired of experimenting with MilkShape that I didn't even try to make any male uniforms for either the paper or mail delivery.
As far as tutes on MTS that I used, I used a combination of Beginner Clothing Mesh Tutorial and Level 3, Combining Mesh Parts, both found under the bodyshop meshing section at MTS create section.
Dannii xx: Thank you for the compliments.
I made the extra roads by editing the terrain via Simcity 4 and then importing the new terrain into the sims game.
As for what makes the game fun, for me it is a combination of being able to create families, towns and environments, watching them flourish and grow, as well as setting small goals for my families to reach (such as reaching a rank ten business or fulfilling a Lifetime want).
I do get bored still from time to time, which is why I often take breaks from building Harvest Hollow to play a fun challenge (such as a legacy).

I have been following your website now for quite some time, and thought it time I left a comment. I love what you have done with the terrain . It looks fantastic. Also, your houses are brilliant- really fit in with the rustic/mountain town. You are very talented. I was wondering if you would upload your papergirl uniform, or be ble to point me in the direction of the tutorials you mentioned. I despise the Maxis uniform, and have not yet found any suitable replacement. I look forward to seeing the rest of your progress.
